FBH is licensed by the State of Colorado,
Division of Insurance, as a Limited Service Licensed
Provider Network and as such is subject to various statutes
and regulations governing the conduct of its business.

FBH also complies with both Federal and
State regulations governing the operation of managed
care health plans financed with Federal and State health
care funds.

FBH is owned by two not-for-profit providers
of mental health services, The Mental Health Center
Serving Boulder and Broomfield Counties and Jefferson
Center for Mental Health.
FBH is operated by a professionally trained
staff with diverse specializations. These include:

- quality assurance and performance improvement
- high quality clinical practice and service delivery
